Ho fa per explicar-te com pots protegir la teva empresa dels atacs de ciberseguretat i quines mesures has d\u2019implementar.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vivim una era mai vista abans. El correu electr\u00f2nic (phishing)<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">modus operandi<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sempre \u00e9s el mateix: un correu que sembla leg\u00edtim (el teu banc, Hisenda, un prove\u00efdor\u2026) que et demana fer clic en un enlla\u00e7 o descarregar un arxiu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alguns <\/span><b>senyals d\u2019alerta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> s\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Urg\u00e8ncia artificial: \u201cEl teu compte ser\u00e0 bloquejat en 24 hores\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remitent sospit\u00f3s (mira m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del nom i revisa l\u2019adre\u00e7a real).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Errors ortogr\u00e0fics o gramaticals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enlla\u00e7os que no coincideixen amb el domini oficial.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et demanen dades que l\u2019entitat real ja t\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>El truc del dia:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> abans de fer clic, passa el ratol\u00ed per sobre de l\u2019enlla\u00e7 (sense clicar). Veur\u00e0s la URL real a la part inferior.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si diu \u201cbancosantander.com\u201d per\u00f2 la URL mostra \u201cbancosantander-verificacion.xyz\u201d\u2026 ja ho saps, \u00e9s fals.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>2. Els SMS fraudulents (smishing)<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEl teu paquet est\u00e0 retingut.\u201d<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cMoviment sospit\u00f3s al teu compte.\u201d<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cL\u2019Ag\u00e8ncia Tribut\u00e0ria et deu 200 \u20ac.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><b>35% dels espanyols<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> va rebre SMS amb enlla\u00e7os fraudulents l\u2019\u00faltim any.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s el segon canal m\u00e9s utilitzat perqu\u00e8 funciona: el m\u00f2bil \u00e9s personal, \u00e9s on baixem la gu\u00e0rdia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alguns <\/span><b>senyals d\u2019alerta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> s\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">URLs escur\u00e7ades o estranyes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00fameros desconeguts o amb prefixos rars (+44, +33\u2026).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et demanen verificar dades \u201curgentment\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promeses de diners f\u00e0cils o premis.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>La regla d\u2019or:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cap empresa seriosa et demanar\u00e0 dades sensibles per SMS. Mai. Aix\u00ed que no els facis cas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>3. Les trucades telef\u00f2niques (vishing)<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Va ser el <\/span><b>motiu de consulta m\u00e9s freq\u00fcent a l\u2019INCIBE el 2024<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alg\u00fa et truca fent-se passar pel teu banc, Microsoft o fins i tot la policia. Utilitzen t\u00e8cniques de manipulaci\u00f3 psicol\u00f2gica perqu\u00e8 actu\u00efs sense pensar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Senyals d\u2019alerta:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pressi\u00f3 per actuar immediatament.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et demanen codis de verificaci\u00f3, contrasenyes o dades banc\u00e0ries.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amenacen amb conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies greus si no col\u00b7labores.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No et deixen penjar i trucar tu al n\u00famero oficial.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>El protocol de defensa \u00e9s simple:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> penja. Sempre.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despr\u00e9s truca tu al n\u00famero oficial de l\u2019entitat (el que apareix a la seva web o al darrere de la teva targeta).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els correus mal redactats i les webs cutres ja s\u00f3n cosa del passat. Amb la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial, els estafadors creen:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Emails perfectament redactats, sense faltes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clonacions de webs id\u00e8ntiques a les originals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Veus sint\u00e8tiques que imiten persones reals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deepfakes<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de directius (imatges, v\u00eddeos o \u00e0udios creats amb IA) demanant transfer\u00e8ncies urgents.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ja no n\u2019hi ha prou amb buscar errors. <\/span><b>Necessitem eines que analitzin all\u00f2 que nosaltres no podem veure.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2><b>Mesures de protecci\u00f3 per a la teva empresa<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Algunes de les mesures m\u00e9s importants per a tu i per al teu equip s\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verificaci\u00f3 en dos passos a tots els comptes cr\u00edtics (email, banca, xarxes socials\u2026).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Protocol de doble confirmaci\u00f3 per a transfer\u00e8ncies: si alg\u00fa demana un pagament urgent per correu, confirma-ho per tel\u00e8fon (trucant tu, no al n\u00famero que t\u2019indiquin).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Formaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua: l\u2019esgla\u00f3 m\u00e9s feble sempre \u00e9s l\u2019hum\u00e0.
